摘要
文章运用文献资料、调查访问、实地考察和理论分析等方法,对桂西百色市少数民族开展传统体育活动的情况进行分析。结果表明,桂西少数民族开展的传统体育具有内容丰富,群众基础广泛,集娱乐性、观赏性和健身性于一体,内涵独特等特点。在此基础上提出桂西少数民族传统体育的发展对策,旨在为桂西少数民族传统体育文化的良性发展提供借鉴,并为研究少数民族传统体育提供理论参考。
This article gives an analysis on the situation of traditional sports of ethnic minority groups in Baise City by using such methods as documentary data, survey and interview, field investigation,and theoretical analysis. The study result shows that the traditional sports of ethnic minority groups in western Guangxi are rich in contents,broad in mass basis,and unique in connotations. They are characterized by the combination of entertainment,beauty, and body-building. On the basis of the study,the paper puts forwards some countermeasures for developing the traditional sports in western Guangxi,aiming at providing reference for the sound development of the sports of ethnic minority groups in western Guangxi, and also providing theoretical reference for the study of the traditional sports of ethnic minority groups.
