摘要
分析了在西部大开发中加强体育文化建设的原因及作用 ,探讨了西部地区加强体育文化建设的战略步骤 。
The reason and function of strengthening P.E. Culture Construction are analyzed in exploiting the West,which are based on the strategy procedure of strengthening P.E. culture construction in western part.It is thought that native traditional P.E. should be developed and new type P.E. culture should be exploited.
