摘要
自动态能力理论被提出之后,就不断有关于动态能力与原有企业能力关系的争论。文章在对核心能力和动态能力的理论加以界定之后,运用哲学中的相对静止和绝对运动的辩证思想对作为之前理论界和企业界研究热点的核心能力与现在仍存在争议的动态能力的关系作了简要的辨析,并在最后提出二者相互作用演变的关系模型。
There have been some arguments on the relationship between the dynamic capabilities and the existing business capabilities since the theory of dynamic capabilities was put forward.After defining the theory of core competencies and the theory of dynamic capabilities,the paper analyses briefly the relationship between the core capabilities which hotly researched in the profession and the business community and the dynamic capabilities that is still contentious by using the philosophy of the relatively static and the absolutely movement.And at last the paper put forwards the model of the evolutional relationship between the two interaction capabilities.
