摘要
企业能力发展的路径依赖效应使得企业在断裂式技术频繁发生的间断性平衡环境中表现出"核心刚性"。单纯强调能力积累而忽视能力替代与更新的企业会从环境的选择中衰退和消亡。企业须在强调外界环境敏感性,企业家能动作用和"探索式"学习中改变企业的路径依赖效应。间断性平衡中的能力观应当为能力积累——刚性超越——新能力积累的动态循环发展过程。
Path dependency in developing the corporation competence makes the corporanons exhibit ＂core rigidity＂ when facing the punctuated equilibrium that results from the frequent disruptive technologies, and the corporations, which only emphasize on the accumulation of ability but neglect the substitution and the updating of ability, may decline or even die out in their selection of the environment. So corporations must do their best to overcome path dependency via emphasizing the sensitivity to disruptive technologies, the active role of entrepreneurship and learning by exploration. The view of competence in the punctuated equilibrium should be the dynamic circulated evolution of competence accumulation, rigidity overcome and new competence accumulation.
