摘要
建立了顶空气相色谱法检测萘敏维滴眼液中的微量薄荷醇。以0.1%聚山梨酯80溶液为顶空溶剂,85℃平衡20min,抽取顶空气体1ml进样测定。采用SMA-WAX毛细管柱,FID检测器。薄荷醇在2.4～76.8μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,回收率为100.7%,RSD为1.3%。
A headspace gas chromatography was established for the determination of trace menthol in moisten eye drops. A SMA-WAX capillary column was used with FID detector when the vials were equilibrated at 85 ℃ for 20 min with 0.1% polysorbate 80 solution as matrix medium,and injection volume of 1.0 ml. The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 2.4-76.8 μg/ml. The recovery was 100.7% with RSD of 1.3%.
