摘要
目的建立气相色谱法测定佛山人参再造丸中龙脑含量的方法。方法采用HP-5石英毛细管柱（5％phenyl methyl siloxane）（30．0m×320nm×0．25μm），柱温为110℃，进样口温度为180℃，检测器温度为250℃，载气为氮气。结果龙脑检测质量浓度在6．875～220．00μg／mL（r=0．9999，n=6）范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为98．59％（RSD=1．52％）。结论方法简单、准确、稳定、重复性好，为佛山人参再造丸质量标准的提高提供了依据。
Objective To establish a method for content determination of borneol in Foshanrenshenzaizao pills. Method The sample was analyzed on an HP-5 capillary column （5% phenyl methyl siloxane, 30.0 m × 320 nm ×0.25 μm） using nitrogen as carrier gas. The temperatures of the column, injector and detector were 110, 180 and 250 ℃, respectively. Result There was good linearity in the range of 6.88-220.00 μg/mL （r = 0. 9999, n = 6）. The average recovery and relative standard deviation of borneol were 98.58% and 1.52%, respectively. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reproducible for the quality control of Foshanrenshenzaizao pill.
