摘要
目的建立气相色谱法测定佛山人参再造丸中龙脑含量的方法。方法采用HP-5石英毛细管柱(5%phenyl methyl siloxane)(30.0m×320nm×0.25μm),柱温为110℃,进样口温度为180℃,检测器温度为250℃,载气为氮气。结果龙脑检测质量浓度在6.875~220.00μg/mL(r=0.9999,n=6)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.59%(RSD=1.52%)。结论方法简单、准确、稳定、重复性好,为佛山人参再造丸质量标准的提高提供了依据。
Objective To establish a method for content determination of borneol in Foshanrenshenzaizao pills. Method The sample was analyzed on an HP-5 capillary column (5% phenyl methyl siloxane, 30.0 m × 320 nm ×0.25 μm) using nitrogen as carrier gas. The temperatures of the column, injector and detector were 110, 180 and 250 ℃, respectively. Result There was good linearity in the range of 6.88-220.00 μg/mL (r = 0. 9999, n = 6). The average recovery and relative standard deviation of borneol were 98.58% and 1.52%, respectively. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reproducible for the quality control of Foshanrenshenzaizao pill.
