摘要
本文介绍了顶空气相色谱的工作原理及其分类,并综述了近几年顶空气相色谱法在中药原料和制剂的成分分析、药物中的溶剂残留检测、药物代谢动力学研究和违禁药物检测中的应用,展望了今后顶空气相色谱在药物分析和研究中的发展方向和应用前景。
The classifications and principles of headspace gas chromatography were introduced. Its applications on component analysis of traditional Chinese medicine material and herbal preparation, determination of solvent residues of drugs, investigation of drug pharmacokinetics and determination of illicit drugs were summarized in this paper. Further applications of headspace gas chromatography in drug analysis were discussed.
