摘要
应用星点设计-效应面法优化制备中药八味痛风康微丸的处方。以辅料微晶纤维素和乳糖以及崩解剂羧甲基淀粉钠的用量为考察因素,微丸的圆整度、流动性和溶散时限为考察指标,采用数学模型描述考察指标和考察因素之间的关系,根据模型绘制效应面和等高线图,通过重叠等高线图确定优化处方。按最佳处方制备的微丸,其考察指标理论预测值与实测值偏差较小,模型具有良好的预测性。
The central composite design-response surface methodology was applied to optimize the formulation of compound Chinese traditional medicine Bawei Tongfengkang pellets. In the formulation design,independent variables were the amount of microcrystalline cellulose,lactose and disintegrant sodium carboxymethyl starch,and the pellets sphereicity,caesural corner and disintegrating time were dependent variables. Mathematic models were used to estimate the relationship between them,and to delineate response surface and overlay contour plots in order to select the optimal formulations with the application of hypothesized pellets dependent variables. Bias between observed and predicted values of the pellets were negligible,indicating that the models developed in this study were proved to be predictable and feasible.
