摘要
分析了暂时过电压的形成原因,并针对不同供电制式给出了系统可能出现的最大TOV值。探讨了选择氧化锌压敏电阻片时应着重考量的2个参数:电压梯度和能量吸收密度,并给出了目前制造条件下电压梯度的极限值。
The reasons for the formation of temporary over voltage was analyzed,the possible maximum TOV for different power supply systems was given.The two parameters which should be stressed when selecting zinc ox-ide varistors: volt-gradient and energy absorption-density were explored,and the limits of the volt-gradient accord-ing to the actual situation was given.
