摘要
电力系统过电压是电力设备绝缘故障的主要原因,它造成相对地或相间闪络,威胁到电力系统的安全运行。电力系统过电压可能是系统内部电路参数配合或开关操作(包括接地故障)造成的,也可能是直击雷或感应雷引起的。介绍了电力系统过电压的分类方法和产生原因,分析了其电路原理,介绍了防护原理和方法。
Over-voltage in power system is the main reason for the insulation fault of the electrical equipment with the result of phase-to-ground flash and phase-to-phase flash. It is dangerous for the security operation of power system. The over-vohage in power system maybe be caused by circuit parameter coordination of power system or the switch operation. It may also result from the lightning, including the direct lightning and induction lightning. The classification method and the generating reason were presented. The circuit principles were analysed and the protective principle and the method were introduced.
