摘要
经过20余年的发展,包胶支撑剂(包括树脂包胶支撑剂、加维支撑剂、热塑膜支撑剂和表面改良支撑剂)已成为控制水力压裂后支撑回流的主要手段之一,随着色胶支撑剂的发展,各种性能都在不断改进和完善,应用范围也在逐步扩大,而国内还处于技术空白区。本文介绍了“边色胶边注入”施工工艺,“二次包胶支撑剂”的应用;介绍了加纤维支撑剂,它是稳定支撑剂充填层,可替代固化色胶支撑剂,是阻止支撑返排的一种新工艺;介绍了热塑膜支撑剂,它可进一步提高支撑剂的回流控制效果、增大支撑剂抵抗地层应力振荡的能力,而施工费用仅为树脂涂敷支撑剂的50%~70%;还介绍了表面改良支撑剂能增加粘胶性或附着力、提高充填层的孔隙度和裂缝导流能力,同时介绍了配伍使用和分子结构模型。
Through 20 years' development, coated proppants have become the main methods to reduce proppant flowback after hydraulic fracturing treatments. Their performances are still continuing to be improved and per feeted, and application area is growing rapidly. Recent advances of coated proppants and several new technologies of proppant flowback control are presented. The paper introduces proppant-coating-while-injection, application of twice coated proppants. At the same time, several proppants are introduced. Such as: fibre-added proppants, to stabilize proppant fill layer which can substitute cured coated proppants and is also a new technology to control proppant flowback, thermomembrane proppants which can improve flowback control results and have stronger resistance to formation stress oscillation but lower operation cost, and surface-modified proppants which can increase viscidity or adhesion, the POrosity of packing layer and conductivity of fractured flow. Their molecular structures and compatibilities are also presented.
