摘要
针对辽河油田地层严重出砂问题,研制成功不饱和聚酯树脂水乳液防砂剂,拟定了施工工艺。该技术可用于稀油井、水井的防砂,施工工艺简单、成本较低、固结砂抗压强度高,对地层渗透率影响小,在现场油井防砂试验中已初见成效。
The titled emulsion type sand-solidifying agent is composed of 6.5% liquid unsaturated polyester resin, 0. 65% resin hardener, 0. 7% emulsificator and 0. 1% demulsifier. After the emulsion having ben spueezed into almed formations, the resin is separated out, adheres to sand granules and cures to form solidified layers with compression strength more than 6 MPa and proper pemeability percent retention. The sand-controlling emulsion is worked out for strata of temperature 35-55℃ with permeability higher than 0.3 μm2, while the higher the original permeability is, the higher its percent retention (70%- 80%)is obtained. In field tests in 5 production wells in Liaohe Oil Fields the successfulness is 80%. The laboratory investigations on formulation and technology of sand controlling operations as well as the field tests are presented estensively.
