摘要
覆膜砂在国内主要用于油气井防砂和控制压裂吐砂领域,但对其作为压裂支撑剂的系统评价研究较少。本文应用一种改性环氧树脂和固化剂得到一种新型FM S覆膜砂支撑剂,并对该支撑剂导流能力进行了室内实验评价研究。研究表明:该覆膜砂支撑剂在高闭合压力(大于40M Pa)下的导流能力与空白支撑剂相比得到提高;在低闭合压力下覆膜支撑剂的导流能力一般低于空白支撑剂,导流能力主要受覆膜层厚度、固化剂的性能、固化时间和固化时的闭合压力等因素控制;该支撑剂在地层条件下结成块状,这可防止压裂液反排过程中普通支撑剂出现的吐砂现象,以及因支撑剂破碎后微粒运移造成的导流能力下降等问题。新型覆膜砂的破碎率、浊度、圆度、球度和酸溶度等指标与普通石英砂相比也得到改善。研究结果对覆膜砂的压裂应用具有一定的参考价值。
The resin-coated sand has been applied to hackflow control and sand control operation in oilfield. But the entirely research in flow conductivity is seldom. The results of the conductivity test in this paper show that the flow conductivity of the new proppants is higher than the blank sand under the higher close-pressure (〉40MPa), but lower than the blank sated under the lower close-pressure, which related with the thickness of coated-resin, performance of solidify, time of solidify. Under formation temperature, the newproppanis can turn into block avoid crash, particulate movement and flowback, maintain high flow conductivity. The performance of index of crash, muddy, roundness, sphere and aeid has also been improved. The study results in the paper can provide some useful help for the application of resin-coated sand in hydraulic fraeturiug.
