摘要
从缸套磨损机理出发，指出提高缸套的使用寿命主要是提高缸套的表面硬度。讨论了激光表面处理技术在提高钻井泵缸套表面硬度方面的应用，展示了激光这一高新技术在钻井泵缸套表面强化方面的应用前景。
Abstract Based on the wear mechanism of cylinder. the paper points out prolonging the lifespan of cylinder is toimprove the hardness of cylinder's surface. It also discusses the application of the laser surface processingtechnology in the improvernent of mud pump's cylinder surface. thus showing its promising prospect.
