摘要
钻井泵缸套早期失效问题一直困扰着石油行业,缸套的使用性能直接影响到钻井工程的进展,泵效较低、更换维修频繁、成本增加,因此提高缸套的使用性能是一项迫切的任务,主要解决途径是采用表面工程新技术强化缸套内壁,提高其抗磨损能力,延长使用寿命。
The early invalidity of the drilling pump liner continuously restricts oil industrial development; and the properties of the liner directly influence progress of drilling engineering.because of pump frequent repair and its lower efficiency,the production cost will be increased.So it is an urgent task to improve the properties of pump,the main method is using a new surface engineering technology to strengthen inner of the pump liner so as to improve its resisting wear and tear ability and increase its working life for the better well site applications.
