摘要
根据钻井泵缸套失效的具体情况，可采用Ni－P－B_4C化学复合镀和扩径修复工艺予以修复。介绍了Ni－P－B_4C化学复合镀和扩径修复工艺的具体过程，经修复缸套精度、硬度和表面粗糙度均能满足使用要求。现场试验表明，修复缸套的使用性能和使用寿命与新缸套相当，而修复费用仅为同类新缸套价格的25％～40％。
In the light of the concrete status of the failure of drill pump liners, Ni-P-B_4C compound plating and expensiontechnology can be adopted for reconditioning. The technology process of the reconditioning are introduced. The accuracy,hardness and surface roughness of the reconditioned liner satisfy the operating requirements. Application shows that theperformance and service life of the reconditioned liners are equivalent to that of the new liners of the same type, while theexpense for the reconditioning is only 25～40 percent of the cost of the new liners.
