摘要
[目的]研究油茶叶水提物的抗凝血及抗血栓形成作用。[方法]分别采用毛细管法和小鼠断尾法研究油茶叶水提物对小鼠凝血时间和小鼠尾出血时间的影响,采用下腔静脉结扎法研究油茶叶水提物对大鼠下腔静脉血栓形成的影响。[结果]油茶叶水提物能够延长小鼠凝血时间和小鼠尾出血时间,能够抑制下腔静脉血栓形成。[结论]油茶叶水提物具有抗凝血及抗血栓形成作用。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the anticoagulability and antithrombotic activity of water extracts from the leaves of Camellia oleifera Abel.[Method] The bleeding time was measured using tail-cutting methods,and the coagulation time was measured using the capillary methods,and inferior vena cava thrombosis was measured using inferior vena cava occlusion.[Result] The bleeding time and coagulation time was prolonged and the inferior vena cava thrombosis was suppressed significantly after the treatment by water extracts from Camellia oleifera Abel leaves.[Conclusion] Water extracts from the leaves of Camellia oleifera Abel has significantly effect on anticoagulability and antithrombotic effects.
