摘要
目的探讨黄体酮治疗因黄体功能不全而引起的先兆性流产的临床疗效。方法选取2010—2012年在我院门诊治疗的符合条件的先兆性流产患者128例,采用肌肉注射黄体酮注射液治疗,观察临床治疗效果。结果肌肉注射黄体酮注射液治疗因黄体功能不全而引起的先兆性流产的有效率为91.4%,不良反应比较轻,并且发生率较低。结论黄体酮治疗因黄体功能不全而引起的先兆性流产的疗效确切、安全、可靠,可在临床上推广使用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of threatened abortion caused by luteal phase defect with the treatment of progesterone. Methods The 128 eligible cases of patients with threatened abortion in outpatient clinic of our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 were elected to be treated by. progesterone and observed. Results The cure rate of muscle injection of progesterone, which has less adverse drug reaction and lower incidence , was 91.4%. Conclusion The treatment effect of muscle injection of progesterone is safe and reliable which worth popularizing.
