摘要
本文着重介绍了８５瓷的合理配方和采用的生产工艺，并对吸水率、体密度、耐磨性、显微硬度、抗折强度和断裂韧性等物理性能进行了测试。结果表明，其各种指标均达到甚至超过某国外同类产品的标准。并着重讨论了低温烧成的机理，探讨了提高耐磨性的途径。
This paper maily describes 85 alumina ceramics presciption and production process. A seris of physics index test was taken such as the water absorption volume density,wear proof, microhardness, cross breaking strength and fracture toughness ect.The result of the test proves that the physics index arrived and even higher than the foreign index standard of the same products.Also low-temperature sintering mechanism and the method of raising wearability was described in this paper.
