摘要
本文利用硼镁石研制出了釉面砖用SiO2 -Al2 O3-B2 O3-K2 O系乳浊生料釉 ,并对其生产工艺参数进行了探讨 ,对其釉面性能及其影响因素进行了初步研究。用这种生科釉代替现在普遍使用的硼锆熔块釉 ,具有工艺简单 ,成本低 ,釉面性能好等优点。
The SiO 2-Al 2O 3-B 2O 3-K 2O system opaque raw glaze used for glazed tile has been developed by the authors by the use of szaibelyite.This raw glaze can be applied to replace the commonly used zirconium boron frit glaze,whose process is characterized by easy technology,low cost and consumption,etc.
