摘要
[目的]观察家蝇3龄幼虫血细胞的类型和超微结构。[方法]取孵化后第3天家蝇幼虫血淋巴,采用透射电镜观察家蝇3龄幼虫血细胞的形态和超微结构。[结果]家蝇3龄幼虫血细胞分为原血胞、浆血胞、珠血胞、粒血胞和类绛血胞5种类型,细胞核均匀透亮,核膜清楚,常染色质多,粒血胞内含吞噬体。[结论]透射电镜观察可将家蝇幼虫血细胞分为5种类型。
[Objective] To observe the type and ultrastructure of the 3rd instar Musca domestica larvae＇s hemocyte.[Method] After haemolymphes were taken from Musca domestica larva in the 3rd day after incubation,the forms and ultrastructure of hemocyte in the 3rd instar Musca domestica were observed using transmission electron microscope（TEM）.[Result] The results showed that the hmocytes of Musca Domestica Larvae were divided into five types including prohemocyte,plasmaocyte,sphrulocyte,granulocyte and oenocytoid.All the hemocyte showed transparent nuclei,clear nuclear membranes,lots of euchromatin,and granulocyte containing phagosome.[Conclusion] The hemocyte of Musca domestica larvae can be classified into 5 types through transmission electron microscope.
