摘要
目的研究家蝇幼虫免疫血淋巴抑菌作用及其机制并探讨其免疫调节功能。方法分未经诱导、针刺诱导、蘸菌液诱导三组提取家蝇幼虫免疫血淋巴,分别针对多个标准菌株做抑菌实验,并设立空白对照和药物对照,观察抑菌效果。淋巴细胞转化实验研究家蝇血淋巴的免疫调节作用。结果三种处理方法所提取的家蝇幼虫血淋巴对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽胞杆菌、大肠杆菌、肺炎克氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌、耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌等革兰氏阳性菌、阴性菌及单细胞真菌白色念珠菌均有强的抑菌作用,其中带菌诱导的血淋巴抑菌效果较好,并且抑菌活力具有一定的热稳定性。血淋巴对人淋巴细胞的激活作用明显,淋巴细胞的转化率与对照组比较差异有显著性。结论本研究进一步验证了家蝇血淋巴的抑菌活性和免疫功能,为家蝇血淋巴的抗菌机制及免疫调节作用的深入研究和应用提供资料。
Objective To study the immunological and antibacterial activity of hemolymph from housefly larva. Method Hemulymph was prepared from tissues homogenate from housefly larva after stab induced or bacterial induced. Hemolymph prepared from uninduced larva was used as control. Standard bacterial strains were used in the determination of the antibacterial activity of hemolymph. Immunological activity was accessed by lymphocyte transformation test. Result The growth of E.coli, methiciUin resistant and MRSA Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsialla pneumoniae , Bcaillus subtilis and unicellular fungi Saccharomyces albicans could be inhibited by hemolymph of housefly larva. Klebsialla pneumoniae induced hemolymph shows a higher antibacterial activity and heat stabitily. Conclusion The induced hemolymph has a stronger antibacterial and antifungal activity than the uninduced hemolymph.
