摘要
目的:探讨固尔苏(猪肺磷脂注射液)治疗新生儿肺透明膜病(HMD)疗效及护理方法。方法:将30例行机械通气HMD早产儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各15例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上于不同体位分次气管内注入固尔苏。结果:治疗组用药后呼吸困难症状改善时间短于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组用药后2 h、6 h氧合指标均较用药前明显改善(P<0.01),治疗组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:固尔苏治疗HMD安全有效,精心护理是提高固尔苏治疗HMD成功的关键。
Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of Curosurf （ porcine modified natural surfactant） in the treatment of neonatal hyaline membrane disease （ HMD ） , and nursing methods. Methods ： 30 HMD preterm children treated with mechani- cal ventilation were randomly divided into treatment and control groups （ 15 cases for each group）. The preterm children with HMD in the control group received conventional therapy and the preterm children in the treatment group were injected Curosurf into trachea at different position by certain times based on conventional therapy. Results ： The time of improvement of dyspnea af- ter treatment was shorter in the treatment group than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; the oxygenation parameters in 2 and 6 hours after treatment were significantly improved compared with that before treatment （ P 〈 0. 01 } ; the incidence of complica- tions was lower in the treatment group than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Curosurf has been proved to be safe and effective in the treatment of HMD and careful nursing care is the key to the success of the treatment.
