摘要 分析了仪表前壳塑料件的工艺特点,介绍了仪表前壳注射模结构设计要点和模具工作过程。该模具采用滑块成型塑料件的侧孔,小型芯和司筒成型塑料件内部突起深孔,前后模多个镶件成型塑料件内外表面的细微结构,用前模拉料销、限位拉杆和尼龙开闭器实现顺序开模和定距。模具结构合理,运行可靠。 The technological characteristics of front cap of instrument were analyzed.The structural design and operating process of the injection mould for the part were introduced.Slider was used for the core-pulling of side-hole on external surface.Ejector pin and ejector sleeve were applied to form the blow-up deep hole on interal surface.Several fixed mould and moving mould inserts were applied to form the fine structure on interal and external surface.Fixed mould puller pins,stop drag-bars and nylon shutters were used to open the mould sequentially.The mould structure was rational and safe in operation.
