摘要 分析了某品牌手机后盖壳体的注塑工艺特点,介绍了该塑料件注塑模具结构设计和工作过程。设计的模具摈弃了常见的动模滑块抽芯机构和潜顶针浇口,采用定模滑块抽芯机构成型侧孔、牛角式浇口浇注,保证了塑料件表面不能有注塑痕迹的高外观要求。塑料件内部倒扣利用斜顶成型,并用限位螺钉和尼龙开闭器控制开模运动顺序,实现了浇注系统凝料的自动分离。 The technological characteristics of a certain brand mobile phone back cover were analyzed. The structural design and operating process of the injection mould for the part were introduced. Instead of the familiar slide side action mechanism in the fixed half and the submarine gate on the injection pin, the side action mechanism in the movable half and the special banana gate were adopted, which guaranteed the surfaces of the part having no traces stemmed from injection molding. The undercuts inside the part were formed by the lifter stop screws and nylon shutters were used to open the mould sequentially.
