摘要
介绍了一种推杆结构的注射模,针对塑件四周脱模及其特殊面上的深孔脱模困难问题,对模具结构进行了合理设计,最终能同步实现塑件侧边深孔及大包紧力的侧抽芯脱模,且塑件脱模后无翘曲变形。模具整体结构简单紧凑,工作稳定安全,可靠性高,安装和维护方便。
An injection mould with ejector pin structure was introduced.The mould structure in⁃cluded the mould base,the forming inserts,the side core-pulling component,the template dis⁃tance control component,the guide mechanism component,and the eject mechanism component.It was difficult to demould around the product,and there were deep holes on special surfaces that difficult to demould.The mould structure were reasonably designed,so that it could synchronous⁃ly realize the side core-pulling demolding of the side deep hole and the large packing force side without causing the product warpage and deformation.The overall structure of the mould was sim⁃ple and compact,stable and safe,high reliability,and easy to install and maintain.
