口服咖啡因对小鼠早期胚泡植入的影响及其组织学分析

摘要 目的研究咖啡因对小鼠早期胚泡植入的影响。方法利用组织学方法观测不同咖啡因试验组孕鼠的相关组织学变化。结果高浓度咖啡因显著降低了胚泡的着床点数;低、中浓度咖啡因处理组卵巢颗粒黄体细胞的形态与对照组没有显著差异,而高浓度咖啡因处理组卵巢颗粒黄体细胞体积明显变小,胞核深染,核仁不清;与对照组和低、中浓度咖啡因处理组相比,高浓度咖啡因处理组子宫内膜腺腔直径缩小,腺体数量显著减少;低、中浓度咖啡因处理组着床点部位子宫内膜厚度比对照组显著增加,而高浓度咖啡因处理组着床点部位子宫内膜厚度则显著低于其他3组。结论在该实验条件下,高浓度的咖啡因影响了卵巢颗粒黄体细胞的分泌功能,使得子宫内膜发育不良,不能为胚泡的植入做好准备,进而降低了胚泡的着床率。
