CS_2致卵泡期和胚胎植入期染毒小鼠的胚胎毒性 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨二硫化碳(CS2)对小鼠植入期胚胎发育的影响。方法昆明种小鼠随机分为4组,染毒剂量为631.4mgkg。经促排卵处理后,分别在卵泡发育期、胚胎植入早期、植入晚期腹腔注射CS2631.4mg/kg,1次/d,连续2d,孕第9天检查。结果(1)植入晚期染毒,植入胚泡数量较对照组减少了47.5%(P=0.001),植入胚泡和子宫重量明显减轻(P值为0.058,0.006);但胚泡平均重量和单位胚泡的子宫重量与对照组比较,差异无显著性(P值为0.403,0.245)。(2)卵泡发育期和胚胎植入早期染毒胚胎毒性作用较小。结论植入晚期染毒CS2,可减少小鼠胚胎植入数量,导致植入胚泡和子宫重量降低。 Objective To observe the influence on implantation for female mice exposed to carbon disulphide.Method At the phase of follicle developing, pre-implantation,implanting in the female mice whom were injected intraperitoneally carbon disulphide at the dose of 631.4 mg/kg(0.4 LD50 ,0.1 ml/10 g body weight)continually for two days and plant oil for controls. All indicators were taken at the ninth day of pregnancy. Results In implantation group, the number of blastoeysts planted in uterus was declined( P = 0.001 ) and the weights of hlastosysts and uterus were decreased compare with controls( P values were 0.058 and 0.006). The average of blastoeysts and the proportions of uterus occupied by per blastoeysts were similar to those in control. Conclusion embryotoxicity was definitely high when the female mice exposed to carbon disulphide in the time of implantation.
