摘要
目的:观察心复平对药物诱发大鼠实验性心律失常的影响。方法:将Wi St ar大鼠随机分为对照组、普罗帕酮组及心复平大、中、小剂量组,每组10只,各组连续给予预防性治疗1周,末次给药30分钟后,制备乌头碱及氯化钡诱发的大鼠实验性心律失常模型,记录每组大鼠出现室性早搏(VPB)、室性心动过速(VT)、室颤(VF)及死亡(CA)或心律失常恢复的时间。结果:心复平可明显对抗乌头碱及氯化钡诱发的大鼠心律失常,其特点是提高乌头碱致大鼠出现VPB、VT、VF和CA的剂量;推迟氯化钡致大鼠发生VPB和VT的时间并缩短大鼠心律失常的持续时间。结论:心复平对实验性心律失常具有较好的拮抗作用,且有一定的量效关系。
Objective:To observe the effects of XinFuPing on experimental arrhythmia induced with medicine in rats.Methods:Rats were divided into five groups,control group,propafenone group,XinFuPing high,middle dose and low dose groups.Every group has ten rats.The animals give medicine every day.For one week,after 30 mins for the last,ani-mal models with arrhythmia were induced by aconitine and Bacl2.Then observed the time of ventricular premature(VPB),ventricular tachycardia(VT),ventricular fibrillation(VF),cardiac asystole(CA) or arrythmic returned appeared.Results: The tolerance doses of rats on VP,VT,VF and CA induced with aconitine were significantly higher in XinFuPing groups than control group.Compared with control group,the emergence time of arrhythmia induced with BaCl2 was delayed and the duration of arrhythmia was shortened.Conclusions:XinFuPing has antiarrythmic effects of induced by aconitine and Bacl2 and has antiarrythmic effects in dose dependent manner.
