摘要
目的建立氯化钡(BaCl2)致豚鼠室性心律失常模型。方法腹腔麻醉豚鼠,由下肢静脉给予0.3%、0.5%0、.8%1、.0%浓度的BaCl2,记录心律失常出现、持续时间和类型。结果恒速注射不同浓度的BaCl2造模后,其室性心动过速的出现时间在不同BaCl2浓度间差异无统计学意义,而不同浓度BaCl2致心律失常的持续时间两两比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论选用豚鼠可建立稳定的心律失常模型,此模型在探究触发所致的心律失常以及抗心律失常药物研究开发中有一定意义。
Objective To make a ventricular tachcyeardia animal model by injection of BaCl2 on guinea pigs. Methods Abdomen-armesthetized guinea pigs were given 0.3 %, 0.5 %, 0.8 % and 1.0 % BaCl2 through the leg vein. The appearance time,duration and kinds of arrhythmia were recorded. Results In the animal given different concentra- tion BaCl2 with same speed there was no statistical difference in the arrhythmia appearence time, but the arrythmic dura- tion showed statistically significant difference between different concentrations pairwise. Conclusion Stable arrhythmia animal model can be mede by using guinea pigs, which can be used to study on triggered arrhythmia and develop the antiarrhythmia drugs.
