摘要旅游非正式部门对于缓解一个地区或国家的就业压力有着重要的作用,特别是对发展中国家的影响尤为显著。本文首先介绍了非正式部门的提出以及概念的定义,然后对旅游非正式部门进行了概念界定以及大体的分类,最后总结了国内外学者对非正规旅游就业即自我就业的研究进展,以期得到学者们的认同与关注。 Tourism informal sector plays an important part in easing employment pressure of a district or country,especially for the developing country.The paper introduces the concept of informal sector,defines and classifies tourism informal sectors,finally summarizes study process of informal tourism employment,that is,self-employment,in the hope of drawing scholars’ more attention to them.
