摘要
坚持校长遴选制度是哈佛大学长盛不衰的重要原因。哈佛大学校长遴选制度源起于学术自由和大学自治。遴选制度由遴选主体、遴选标准、遴选程序等构成,有助于大学制度的民主化和大学校长的职业化。适时适势借鉴哈佛遴选校长制度,将有助于我国民办高校走上良性发展的道路。
Persisting in the president selection system is the reason why Harvard University always lasts,which origins from the academic freedom and university autonomy.The selection system consists of selection-main-body,selection-standard and selection-procedures,which is helpful to university system be democratic and president be professional.It will help our country＇s civilian-run colleges and universities going the sound process to borrow the experience from the president selection system of Harvard University.
