摘要
中医药国际化进程的日益加快亟需该领域的国际化人才。然而,作为培养国际化人才的专业英语课和双语课却不能满足学生、专业、社会的发展需要。为此,本课题组向5所中医药高等院校发放问卷,探究现有课程设置与培养模式不能有效地培养出中医药国际化人才的原因。通过数据分析,作者发现3方面问题,并提出相应的对策分析。
With the acceleration of internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine （iTCM）, the global talents of TCM are in high demands. As literature reveals, however, English course or bilingual course for TCM, which plays the supposed role in cultivating talents for iTCM, fails to meet the needs of the development of the students, TCM, and the society. To solve the problem, our research group has distributed questionnaires to students in 5 TCM universities and colleges in China to investigate the present situation of the cultivation of talents for iTCM. Through the data analysis, the authors have found the problems existing in students themselves and curriculum design, and proposed the corresponding countermeasures.
