摘要
中药产业国际化的核心动力来自于人,加快中药产业人才培养,是更好更快地推动我国中药产业国际化进程的前提。我国中医药人才的主要培养基地是高等中医药院校,本文分析了我国中医药高等教育现状及存在的主要问题,有针对性地提出适应国际化需要的中医药高等教育改革策略。
Chinese medicine industrial internationalization has core impetus from human beings;to speed up Chinese medicine industrial talents training is the prerequisite of better and more quickly promoting national TCM industrial internationalization. The main training base of TCM talents is higher TCM colleges. The article analyses the status and main existent problems in national TCM higher education, pointedly puts forwards strategy of TCM higher educational reform needed in internationalization.
