摘要
我国人多地少,耕地供需矛盾突出,耕地保护形势严峻。研究如何更好地进行耕地保护不仅具有理论意义还具有很重要的现实意义。以阳城县为例,从耕地潜在生产能力、农业投入能力和产出能力三个方面构建评价指标体系,通过评价,分析计算得出阳城县各村耕地保护级别,为建设占用耕地项目选址等土地利用行为与决策提供了参考,为合理利用耕地资源提供了依据。
Our national situation is many people and little land and the contradiction befween the cultivated land supply and demand is outstanding.The situation of the protection of cultivated land is very serious.Research on the protection of cultivated land not only has theoretical significance also has very important practical significance.This article took the example of Yangcheng county,by constructing the evaluation system through cultivated land potential capacity,agricultural investment and output ability,through analysis and computation,the cultivated land protection ranks of various villages in Yangcheng County were obtained;The results provided the reference for the construction project location selection and other land utilization behaviors and policy-making and provided the basis for reasonably utilization of the cultivated land resources.
