摘要
改进了头孢噻肟酸的合成路线,去掉四氢呋喃(THF),改用较为平和的一些溶媒体系来进行合成反应,得到头孢噻肟酸。结果显示,改进后的工艺成本较低,适用于工业生产,收率可达165%以上。
Cefotaxime acid was synthesized by improving the synthesis process of cefotaxime acid and using some moder-ate solvent to replace tetrahydrofuran（THF）.The results show that improved process is applicable in industry production with low cost and recovery rate is more than 165%.
