摘要
本文报告了聚L-谷氨酸γ-苄酯(PBLG)合成方法的改进。采用硫酸催化—真空脱水制备BLG,光气—苯液相法制备氨基酸-N-碳酸酐(NCA),苯—二氧六环溶液聚合制备PBLG,产率分别为59.5%,85.6%和95.0%。粘度测定表明,PBLG分子量在5~35万范围,分子量大小通过A/I比和溶剂比调节。红外分析表明,PBLG的构型为α-螺旋型多肽。
γ-Benzyl-L-giutamate was prepared by sulfuric acid catalysis-vacuum ed-hydration method, γ-benzyl-N-carboxy-L-glutamate anhydride was prepared by phosgen-benzene solution technique and poly (γ-benzyl-L-glutamates) were prepared by polymerization in dioxane-benzene, with yields of 59.5%, 85.6% and 90.0% respectively. Viscosity measurments indicated that molecular weights of polymers were in range of 50,000 to 350,000, and could be controlled by variation of anhydride-initiator ratio(A/I)or benzene-dioxane ratio. Infrared spectra analysis showed that the figucr oration of the poly (γ-benzyl-L-glutamtes) was α form of polypeptide.
