摘要
合成了聚Ｌ－谷氨酸－炔诺酮肟酯的复合体，炔诺酮的接入量为２２．８％．体外释放时间约１５大。
oly-L-glutamic acid / Norethindron-3-oximic ester covalent conjugate was prepared. Norethindron linked was determined to be about 22.8%.Controlled delivery time of the conjugate in vitro is 15 days.
