摘要
本文通过动物体内植入试验和体外酶解试验研究了α-氨基酸共聚物(PLMGG)的生物降解性。实验结果表明,PLMGG是一种具有优良生物降解性能的材料。在体内的降解主要是酶的作用过程。PLMGG的生物降解性强弱主要受其侧链亲水性大小影响,调节共聚物中谷氨酸链节的含量可以控制材料的生物降解性。

In vivo biodegradation and in vitro enzyme degradation of α-amino
acid copolymers with various composition of L-leucine, γ-methyl L-glu-
tamate, L-glutamic acid (PLMGG) were studied. The results indicated
that the copolymers were biodegradable materials, and their biodegrada-
bility depended on hydrophilicity of polymers and was controlled by va-
rying glutamic acid mole fraction of PLMGG. Biodegradation in papain
and pronase E solution of PLMGG was faster than in vivo. In vivo bio-
degradation of PLMGG was mainly a protetic enzyme degradation.
