摘要
制备了系列吡咯烷酮酸性离子液体作为催化剂,用于催化冰醋酸和水杨酸的乙酰化反应,合成阿司匹林。考察了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂种类及用量、醇/酸比对水杨酸酰化反应产率的影响和离子液体的重复使用性能。最佳的反应条件为:n(乙酸酐)∶n(水杨酸)∶n([NMP]H2PO4)=1.2∶1∶0.075,反应温度70℃,时间30 min,产品收率达67.2%。且该离子液体重复使用4次,仍表现出良好的催化活性。
A series of pyrrolidone acidic ionic liquid were prepared and used as catalysts in the acylation of acetic acid with salicylic acid for the synthesis of Aspirin.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,type and amount of catalyst and the molar ratio of salicylic acid to acetic acid on the yield for the acylation reaction and the reuseful ability of the ionic liquid were investigated.Under the optimum reaction conditions of n(acetic acid) ∶n(salicylic acid) ∶n([NMP]H2PO4)=1.2∶1∶0.075,70℃,30 min,the yield of Aspirin was obtained 67.2 %.The ionic liquid was recycled 4 times with a slightly decreased yield.
