摘要
文章以草酸为催化剂合成阿司匹林为例,探讨了酸酐物质的量比,催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度对产品收率的影响。研究结果表明,当酸酐物质的量比为1∶3,草酸用量为0.5克,反应时间为50 min,反应温度为80℃时,纯化后阿司匹林收率达91.5%,产品纯度好,该方法具有一定的应用价值。
Based on the studies in the aspirin catalytically synthesized from oxalic acid, the paper discussed the ratio of anhydride molar, the yield of the product affected by the amount of catalyst, the reaction time and the reaction temperature. The results show when the ratio of anhydride molar is 1:3, the amount of catalyst is 0.5 gramm, the reaction time is 50 min, the reation temperature is 80 ℃, and the yields of purified aspirin reach 91. 55%. The product has sound purification. It shows that the method is usable.
