摘要
基于质量损失速率的热释放速率方法,通过改变二茂铁浓度和载气流速进行二茂铁灭火实验,借此研究二茂铁对正庚烷池火的抑制特性。实验结果表明:(1)增大二茂铁浓度,其抑制正庚烷池火的效果会有明显提高,但饱和二茂铁蒸气的灭火性能同其浓度并非成正比,而是存在一个最佳浓度;(2)在实验的N2流量范围内,增大载气N2的流量,二茂铁熄灭正庚烷火的效果也越好。实验中,N2的流量为0.75 m3/h时二茂铁的灭火性能最好。
The heat release rate was measured based on the theory of mass losing rate.Through changing the concentration of Ferrocene and the flux of N2 in the experiment,the suppression characteristic of Ferrocene and Heptane fire was studied.The results show that the suppressing effect of Ferrocene increased with the Ferrocene concentration growing.At the same time,the suppression effectiveness of Ferrocene is not proportional with the concentration.There is an optimal concentration.In the experimental flow range of N2,the suppressing effect of Ferrocene is better with the increasing flow of N2.When the flow of N2 is 0.75 m3 / h,the suppressing effect of Ferrocene is best.
