烧伤创面内表皮生长因子、表皮生长因子受体、C-myc三种基因表达变化的临床观察 被引量:10

摘要 目的为探讨烧伤创面愈合机理,了解烧伤创面内表皮生长因子基因、表皮生长因子受体基因和C-myc基因的变化,为临床治疗提供依据。方法我们对25例病人烧伤创面的不同部位应用原位杂交方法,观察表皮生长因子基因、表皮生长因子受体基因和C-myc基因在烧伤创面肉芽中心部(肉芽中心部)、肉芽与愈合皮肤的交界部(创面交界部)、愈合皮肤部位(创面愈合部)和自身正常皮肤对照部位内表达强度和分布的特点。结果同一部位烧伤创面内,表皮生长因子基因和C-myc基因在交界部表达最强;烧伤创面中心部位表达次之,烧伤创面愈合部位表达较弱;表皮生长因子受体基因表达在创面中心部位表达较强,在表达交界部次之;在创面愈合部表达较弱;正常皮肤对照部位三种基因表达不明显。结论烧伤创面内表皮生长因子基因、表皮生长因子受体基因和C-myc基因在烧伤创面内有明显的规律性表达,表达与创面愈合密切相关。 Objective To detect the changes of EGF gene,EGFr gene and C-myc oncongene expressions in the wound healing of the burn patients.Methods EGF gene,EGFr gene and C-myc oncongene expression in the granulation center part of the burn wound(center part),the edge part between the granulation part and healed part of the burn wound(edge part),the healed part of the burn wound(healed part) and normal skin as control are detected by In situ Hybridization method.Results There are remarkely regular expression of EGF gene,EGFr gene and C-myc oncongene in the burn wound,the most obviously expression of EGF gene and C-myc oncongene is in the edge part of the burn wound,more expression of EGF gene and C-myc oncongene is in the center part of the burn wound and some expression of EGF gene and C-myc oncongene is in the healed part of the burn wound.the most obviously expression of EGFr gene expression is in the center part of the burn wound,more expression of EGFr gene expression is in the edge part of the burn wound and some expression of EGFr gene expression is in the healed part of the burn wound,there is no obviously expression of EGF gene,EGFr gene and C-myc oncongene in the normal contral skin.Conclusion the expression of EGF gene,EGFr gene and C-myc oncongene expression in the burns wound are closely relately to the wound healing,Their expression has important roles in the burns wound healing.
