摘要
目的:观察多磺酸黏多糖乳膏联合磺胺嘧啶银霜剂对深度烧伤的临床疗效。方法:深Ⅱ度烧伤患者128例随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者接受磺胺嘧啶银霜进行治疗,观察组患者接受多磺酸黏多糖乳膏联合磺胺嘧啶银霜剂进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗7d和14d的疼痛评分、创面细菌培养情况及创面完全愈合率,以及两组创面完全愈合时间。结果:治疗7d和14d时两组患者的疼痛评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗14d和28d时两组患者的创面完全愈合率以及创面完全愈合时间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),而两组治疗7d和14d时创面细菌培养情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:多磺酸黏多糖乳膏联合磺胺嘧啶银霜剂可减轻深Ⅱ度烧伤疼痛,并促进创面愈合,值得临床推广。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of mucopolysaccharide polysulfate（M-P） cream combined with SD-Ag cream on deep partial thickness burning.Methods： A total of 128 patients with deep partial thickness burning admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and combined treatment group.Cases in control group were treated with M-P cream,and cases in combined treatment group were treated with M-P cream ＋ SD-Ag cream.Pain score and bacterial culture of wound surface on the 7th day and 14th day after treatment were compared between the two groups.Wound healing rate on the 14th day and 28th day after treatment as well as the time of wound healing were compared between the two groups.Results： Pain scores on the 7th day and 14th day after treatment were significantly different between the two groups（both P0.01）.Wound healing rates on the 14th day and 28th day were higher and wound healing was sooner in combined treatment group respectively（all P0.01）.But the results of bacterial culturing were not significantly different between the two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion： M-P cream combined with SD-Ag cream has better effect in relieving the pain of partial thickness burning and promoting wound healing.
