摘要
利用免疫组织化学技术对不同毛色羊驼皮肤中的内皮素受体A(EDNRA)的分布进行定位分析,并根据其在不同毛色羊驼皮肤中的差异性表达分析其功能。免疫组织化学结果显示,EDNRA在羊驼皮肤的毛乳头、毛根鞘及表皮细胞中均有表达;棕毛组和白毛组皮肤相比较,仅在棕毛组的毛根鞘细胞处的表达显著高于白毛组(P<0.05),其余2个部位处的表达差异不显著(P>0.05)。实验结果提示,EDNRA在不同毛色羊驼皮肤的毛根鞘部存在表达差异,表明其与黑素细胞的形成相关,推测其可能参与不同毛色的形成。
The aim of this experiment is to study the distribution of endothelin receptor A (EDNRA) in alpaca skin, to compare the expression quantity in different colors, and to explore the function of EDNRA in the process of coat color formation. The expression level of EDNRA in alpaca skin of different colors were examined by immunohistochemistry. The distribution of EDNRA in alpaca skin were demonstrated, the expression was notable different in the hair follicle sheath cells between the white and brown alpaca based on the average optical density. Our findings showed that EDNRA was involved in the process of coat color formation and melanogenesis.
