摘要
羊驼是唯一一种毛纤维颜色丰富、含22种天然色的毛用型经济动物。羊驼毛色表型取决于皮肤和毛囊黑色素细胞产生的黑色素以及黑色素运输到周围角化细胞的种类和数量,主要由遗传基因决定。近年来,对羊驼毛色形成的分子机制进行了较为系统的研究,发现了细胞内多个毛色相关基因及其分子路径以及细胞外对色素生成的相关作用因子。对调控羊驼毛色的关键基因以及miRNAs调控毛色的研究进行了综述。
Alpacas, which are the economic hair-producing animals, have 22 natural hair colors. The phenotypes of hair colors are closely determined by the types and amount of melanins produced in melanocyte and transferred to the keratinocytes around, which are mainly decided by the genes. For many years, our team has been devoted to the research of the molecular regulation of hair color genes of alpacas. To date, we have found a few of hair color related genes and its pathway. This paper summarized the advance of the molecular pathway of hair color related genes and miRNAs.
