摘要
对东方百合Tiber品种的多种外植体进行了组织培养试验,研究结果表明,在不同激素浓度条件下,东方百合Tiber品种不同外植体的组织培养效果不同,诱导形成愈伤组织在数量、质量和时间上具有明显的差异,形成愈伤能力大小依次为:幼嫩鳞茎>花托>鳞片>叶柄>叶片。
Tissue culture was conducted for a variety of explants in oriental lily. The results showed that under various hormone concentrations, the explants of Tiber lily showed different tissue culture effects and there were obvious difference between callus number, quality and time. The callus formation ability in differentiation explants from big to small were in an order of small bulb 〉 the receptacle 〉 scales 〉 petiole 〉 leaf.
