摘要
试验对东方百合Tiber、Siberia和Sorbonne的鳞茎在西宁露地越冬期间的生理生化指标进行了观测分析。结果表明:露地越冬期间东方百合3个品种鳞茎的含水量,干物质含量、容重的变化无明显差异;3个品种鳞茎内的芽长、芽球比、可溶性糖含量、根系活力和呼吸强度在3月18日前稳定缓慢增长,之后急剧增长,但品种之间的变化差异明显,5项指标均以Sorbonne品种增长较快,Tiber品种较慢,Siberia品种介于二者之间。
The physiological indices of the overwintering bulbs of Tiber, Siberia, and Sorbonne in Xining area were investigated. The results showed that the shape index of every variety did not have the significant difference, e. g. the water and dry matter content of bulbs and bulb density. The bud length, bud length/bulb length, the content of soluble sugar, the root activity and respiration rate of bulbs increased stably and slowly before March 18th, and increased sharply there after. There were significant differences anaong varieties for all of the five indices. The increase of Sorbonne＇ s was quicker than that of Tiber and Siberia, and the Tiber＇ s was the slowest.
