采煤工作面粉尘浓度分布及传感器的部署 被引量:2

摘要 为给煤矿井下采煤工作面上粉尘浓度传感器的安放位置提供理论依据,建立了回采工作面巷道几何模型,根据气体、尘粒运动方程和欧拉-拉格朗日方法中的离散相模型,采用Fluent软件仿真井下采煤工作面及回风巷粉尘浓度的分布情况。仿真结果表明:粉尘在司机后方10-20m处粉尘浓度达到最大,在司机30m后趋于稳定,粉尘传感器应放置在回风巷距综采工作面的距离小于或等于10m的位置。 In order to provide a theoretical basis for the deployment posistion of dust concentration sensors in work- ing face of coal mine, the geometry model of mining face roadway was established. Based on the protion equations of gases and dusts, and the discete phase model in the Euler - Lagrange method, the distribution conditions of dust in the underground mining face and return airway were simulated by fluent. The results showed that: the dust con- centration reaches the maximum ralue at the position of 10 -20m behind the driver, and it tends to be stabilized at the position of 30m the sensors of dust should be placed in the position of less than or equal to 10m from the fully - mechanized mining face of the return airway.
