摘要
系统研究和分析不同海拔高度对高粱籽粒淀粉、蛋白质、单宁和脂肪的影响,结果表明:除品种效应导致供试品种的淀粉、蛋白质、单宁、脂肪等含量出现很大差别外,海拔高度对高粱籽粒品质也有明显的调控作用。淀粉、蛋白质含量随海拔高度的增加有降低的趋势,单宁则是高海拔和低海拔地区的含量较高,脂肪与单宁相反,高海拔和低海拔地区的含量最低。
The influences of different altitudes on starch,protein,tannin and fat of sorghum grain were analyzed in this paper. The experiment showed that the effects of varieties leaded to the differences of starch,protein,tannin lat. The altitude had significant influence on the quality of sorghum. The starch and protein content was decreasing with the altitude rising. The tannin content was high at the area of high altitude and low altitude. The fat content was the lowest at the area of high altitude and low altitude.
